Donations

All donations made to Perseverance Foundation are non-refundable.

As a nonprofit organization, donations are voluntary contributions that directly support our mission and outreach efforts.

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction:

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products

(Devotionals, Workbooks, Journals, Downloads, Courses)

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable

  • This includes downloadable and instant-access materials

If you experience:

  • Trouble accessing your purchase

  • Missing or incorrect files

Please contact us within 7 days, and we will make it right.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

(Books, Merchandise, etc.)

If physical items are offered:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
